These days I work on platform architecture and developer tooling. I've also built AI tooling that turns security findings into tested fixes for engineers to review.

  Simplicity is not the absence of design. It is the result of knowing which complexity has earned its place, where it belongs, and which imaginary futures are not worth paying for.

• A Pragmatic Testing Strategy

  Coverage numbers are easy to hit and easy to trust too much. A useful testing strategy makes the important failures visible and gives the team feedback it can act on.

• Consolidation and global rollout

  Designed and planned the consolidation of three content management platforms behind one interface, aligning twelve teams through implementation. Set technical direction for global rollout. The consolidation and rollout were completed in 13 months.

• Unblocking teams at Rangle

  Part of Rangle's support squad, assigned to teams on 30+ client engagements to resolve technical problems and get delivery back on track. Became productive in unfamiliar codebases within days. Combined TypeScript/Node.js development with incident coordination and changes to scope or team structure.

• Mobile and web products at Albelli

  Developed the iOS and Android app, web editor and build tooling. The mobile app generated about €35M in annual revenue.
